Daykeep is made by one person. If something is not working or you have an idea, email me and I will read it — see the address at the bottom.
On your devices and in your own iCloud account. Daykeep has no account of its own and no server that stores your entries. See the privacy policy.
Sync uses iCloud. Check that each device is signed in to the same Apple Account, that iCloud Drive is on, and that Daykeep is allowed to use iCloud in Settings. Sync can take a little while after a lot of new photos; leaving the app open on both devices with a connection usually settles it.
No. The app is free to use, and Daykeep Plus is a one-off purchase. If you had Plus and it is not showing on a new device, use Restore Purchases — it is a Universal Purchase across iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Back up any journal to a file at any time, and restore your own backups for free. You can also print a journal as a book, or export it to Mosaic Collage Maker for a designed photobook.
Two ways. Print a book straight from Daykeep — free prints carry a Daykeep watermark for previewing, and Daykeep Plus prints them clean — or use Export for Collage and open the file in Mosaic Collage Maker to build a fully designed photobook. The guide walks through it.
If you have a backup file, you can restore it. This is exactly why Daykeep lets you back up to your own files — keep an occasional backup somewhere safe.
Email me directly and I will get back to you as soon as I reasonably can.
